Data Recovery: $119.00/hr
Emergency Service:
This provides you with an immediate dedicated technician (once parts are received) during normal business hours (9AM-5PM). 		Additional $99.00/hr
Emergency + After-Hours Service:
This provides you with an immediate dedicated technician (once parts are received) during normal business hours and beyond (9AM-9PM). 		Additional $149/hr from 5PM-9PM.
Priority Service:
Front of the line service after all emergency customers. 		$99 flat fee
On-Site Work: Additional $59.00/hr
Networking Assistance Services: $129.00/hr

    1. Postal Mail: To avoid payment guarantee delays, you can mail or scan the credit card imprint. To guard against fraud and illegible imprints, photocopies and facsimiles of your credit card will not be accepted. Please include the Credit Card Form in your package.

  • Check: Please include a minimum $100 check as a deposit. No work will be performed without your authorization. There may be possible delays in verifying funds.

Payment Guarantee

If you decide to proceed with further work, a payment guarantee for the estimated amount of the services rendered is required prior to any services. We accept all forms of payment, unless specified otherwise at our discretion.

Credit Card: When using a credit card, NO charges will be billed without your express authorization for additional services. Final payment funds are only verified. Some banks may incorrectly show a verification as a sale. However, there are no additional charges without customer written authorization and until services are complete. *Processing fees may not be applicable when payment is made by a method other than credit card.
